Stock Rules Before Adding a Second Store Location

Define ownership of receiving, transfers, and returns before opening another counter.

Long organized rows of storage shelves

A second store multiplies places where stock can move. Shared product names help, but each location still needs accountable counts.

## Set location boundaries

Choose who receives supplier stock, who can request transfers, and where returns are inspected. Identify which stock is available for sale at each branch.

## Keep devices exact

Transfer serialized phones by IMEI, not only model quantity. Have both locations verify the same identifier at handoff.

## Review separately

Compare sales, stock differences, and overdue service jobs by branch before combining totals. Assign a manager to resolve cross location exceptions.

ElectroX product, device, and transaction records provide a common language for those branch procedures.
