Read Your Store's Payment Method Mix
Compare cash, wallet, card, and credit sales to plan reconciliation and working cash.
By ElectroX Team
Total sales do not tell you when money will reach the bank. A store with more QR and credit transactions needs a different closing routine from a mostly cash store.
## Group transactions
Summarize sales by actual payment method, including split and partial payments. Keep refunds in the same method view so gross volume is not mistaken for net cash.
## Match settlement timing
Note which providers settle immediately and which take longer. Compare the provider statement with the store's daily transaction total.
## Act on the pattern
Adjust cash float and staff checks when the mix changes. If credit rises, review due dates and collection responsibility before it strains purchasing.
ElectroX payment records and reports provide the store side of the comparison; the provider statement confirms the money received.
