Keep Shelf Price Tags and POS Prices in Sync

Test price changes at the shelf and register before a customer finds a mismatch.

A promotion sign, sticker, and POS price can disagree when changes are made by different people. The result is a dispute at the busiest moment.

## Set one owner

Assign a person to approve the price and effective date. Record which SKUs and variants the change covers, including bundles and older stock.

## Check both surfaces

Scan affected items at the POS after changing labels. Test a discount and receipt to make sure tax and final total are explained correctly.

## Close old promotions

Remove expired tags on the same day the price changes. Sample high volume shelves weekly and log every mismatch found.

ElectroX product and POS prices provide a central reference; the physical shelf still needs a disciplined update.
