A Small Supplier Performance Scorecard

Track delivery reliability and defects alongside price before choosing the next order.

The cheapest supplier is not always the best one for a store with urgent repairs and expensive devices. A short scorecard makes tradeoffs visible.

## Pick a few measures

Track on time deliveries, fill rate, defect rate, return response time, and final cost. Use the same definitions for every supplier.

## Review a fair sample

Look at several orders rather than one bad delivery. Separate supplier errors from your own ordering mistakes.

## Decide the action

Share concrete issues with the supplier, ask for a remedy, and change order allocation if performance does not improve. Keep a second source for critical parts.

ElectroX supplier and purchase records make this review possible without building a complicated procurement system.
