Build a Weekly Operations Review Your Team Will Use
Keep the meeting short, use a few shared numbers, and leave with named next actions.

A weekly review should make the coming week easier. If it becomes a tour through every dashboard, people stop paying attention. A small agenda built around decisions is more useful.
Gather the same inputs
Bring sales and payment totals, low and slow stock, open service jobs, returns, and unresolved customer commitments. Choose the reporting period in advance so everyone discusses the same week. Note any unusual event that makes comparison misleading.
Discuss exceptions first
Ask what changed, why it changed, and what action would help. A stockout might be a reorder issue, a catalog error, or a supplier delay. A delayed repair might need a part, approval, or a customer update. Look at the underlying record before assigning a fix.
End with ownership
Limit the action list to a few items, each with a person and review date. ElectroX puts the sales, inventory, service, customer, and accounting context in one place so a small team can make the meeting concrete.
