Inventory Transfer Checklist Between Two Stores
A transfer needs proof of what left, what arrived, and who accepted the difference.
By ElectroX Team
A box sent from one branch can disappear from both views if the sending and receiving teams use different lists. Treat each transfer as a handoff with two signatures.
## Prepare the list
Record SKU, variant, quantity, and IMEI for serialized items before packing. Keep a transfer reference with the box and take photos of damaged packaging.
## Confirm receipt
The receiving person should count items independently, then compare the list. Hold shortages and wrong devices for review instead of quietly accepting the expected quantity.
## Close exceptions
Resolve a difference with the sender on the same day and keep the outcome with the transfer reference. Count both stores' affected shelves at the next cycle.
ElectroX stock and device records provide the common reference for both locations, while a clear handoff protects accountability.
