Explain a Repair Warranty Period Without Confusion

State what repair work is covered, when coverage starts, and what exclusions mean.

The word warranty can mean a part, labor, or an entire device to different people. Precise terms prevent disputes when an unrelated fault appears later.

## Name the covered work

List the replaced part or completed service, the period, and the original job reference. Do not imply that all future failures are covered.

## Describe exclusions

Explain damage, liquid exposure, unauthorized work, and normal wear in plain language. Make sure the policy matches what the shop can actually inspect.

## Handle a return consistently

Compare the device and complaint with the original ticket, then document inspection findings before deciding a remedy. Keep the customer updated on timing.

ElectroX service history helps staff find the original repair and explain the decision using the same record.
