Build a Supplier Payables Calendar

Put supplier due dates beside expected cash so stock purchases do not surprise the bank balance.

A profitable month can still have a cash squeeze when several invoices fall due together. A simple calendar gives the owner time to plan.

## Record every commitment

Capture supplier, invoice reference, amount, due date, and any deposit already paid. Include taxes or delivery charges in the amount actually owed.

## Review weekly

Compare upcoming payments with cash on hand and expected customer collections. Confirm disputed invoices before the due date.

## Close each payment

Record when and how the supplier was paid, then match it against the bank or wallet statement. Keep proof with the invoice.

ElectroX purchase, supplier, and payment records provide the source data for a practical payables review.
