Supplier Return Process for Faulty Electronics
Separate a faulty unit from sellable stock and follow the supplier claim to closure.
By ElectroX Team
A device sent back to a supplier should not vanish into a notebook. The shop still needs to know whether it is awaiting repair, replacement, or credit.
## Capture evidence
Record product, serial or IMEI, purchase invoice, fault, photos, and supplier return reference. Check the supplier's claim window before dispatch.
## Move stock honestly
Mark the device unavailable and pack it with a traceable handoff. Keep shipping proof and a copy of the claim terms.
## Close the claim
Record whether the supplier repaired, replaced, credited, or rejected the unit. Check the replacement identifier before making it available for sale.
ElectroX purchase and device records can connect the original receiving entry to the eventual supplier outcome.
