A shift change is where verbal promises often disappear. A short written handover helps the next person serve customers without restarting every conversation.

## List exceptions first

Include pending payments, repair approvals, reserved devices, and customer pickup times. Use transaction or ticket references instead of long personal details.

## Confirm money and stock

Record drawer count, open returns, and any physical device held outside its normal location. Both staff members should agree on the count.

## Assign the next step

For each issue, note who will call, what decision is needed, and when. Review unresolved items at the next close.

ElectroX transaction, service, and device records make a handover traceable when notes point to the correct record.
