Access can accumulate as staff cover shifts or change roles. An old permission may let someone edit prices or customer records long after the need has passed.

## List active accounts

Compare system users with the current staff roster. Disable departed users and review shared accounts that hide who performed an action.

## Check sensitive actions

Look at price overrides, refunds, stock adjustments, and customer data access. Give each role only the actions its daily work requires.

## Record the decision

Note who approved changes and when the next review is due. Test that managers can still complete necessary exceptions.

ElectroX staff roles and permissions make a periodic review practical as the team grows.
