QR Payment Confirmation at a Busy Counter

Confirm the amount and reference before handing over a device after a QR payment.

A screenshot can be old, altered, or for the wrong amount. A busy queue makes it tempting to mark a digital payment complete too early.

## Check the provider record

Confirm payment in the wallet or bank merchant view, not only on the customer's screen. Match amount, time, and transaction reference to the sale.

## Handle delays clearly

Keep the sale pending when the network is slow. Tell the customer what you are checking and avoid recording a second payment until the first one is resolved.

## Reconcile later

At day close, compare completed QR sales with provider settlements. Record unmatched payments for follow up rather than folding them into cash.

ElectroX payment and transaction records help staff preserve the sale context while the external provider confirms the transfer.
