Compare Supplier Price Lists by Landed Cost
Compare final usable cost rather than the unit price alone.
By ElectroX Team
A cheaper price list can become the expensive choice after freight, tax treatment, defects, or a slow replacement process. Evaluate the whole purchase.
## Normalize the offers
Match the same model, variant, warranty, minimum quantity, delivery date, and payment terms. Convert all quotes to cost per sellable unit.
## Add likely costs
Include freight, expected damaged units, returns handling, and any payment charges. Mark assumptions you cannot verify yet rather than hiding them in a single number.
## Review actual results
After delivery, compare the quoted and recorded cost and note any defects or delays. Use that evidence for the next negotiation.
ElectroX purchase and supplier history provide the facts behind the price list rather than relying only on a headline discount.
